The Foreign Minister of the United States Hillary Rodham Clinton (found), crossing the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Victorovikh Lavrov (duduk), before following the meeting of the East Asia Summit Foreign Minister Consultation in the Postial Conferences (PMC) series in Bali International Convention Centre (BICC), Nusa Dua, Bali, Friday (22/7). The meeting was attended by the overseas ministers of the ASEAN countries and the state of the spoke partners, Australia, Canada, China, India, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, Russia and the United States.
