COCONUT OIL PRODUCTION
Workers pack coconut oil in Cilame village, Ciamis Regency, West Java, Tuesday (1/2/2022). Ciamis’ signature traditional food businesses utilize waste from coconut processing to fried oil, its production capacity reaches 80 kilograms of gallendo and 100 kilograms of coconut oil per day, even today the sales of gallendo rises 100 percent due to the opening of tourism sector.
