FORTRESSED ORANJE

A number of people walk in Oranje Fort in Ternate City, North Maluku Province, Tuesday (15/2/2022). The Oranje Fort is a national cultural reserve as one of the evidence of the relics of colonial pilgrims and spices in Indonesia, because in the 17th century the Maluku became the official position center of VOCs in the archipelago to trade spices and the Oranje Fort is the residence of the VOC General Governor before moving to Batavia (Jakarta).
