The Minister of Industry and Trade of Laos, Nam Viyaketh, was welcomed when arriving at Novotel, Manado, to attend the 43th Meeting of the ASEAN Economy Minister (AEM) at Grand Kawanua International Convention (GKIC) Manado, Sulut, Tuesday (9/8).
