The President Director of BNI Royke Tumilaar (left faculty) combined with the directors of BNI inaugurated implementing the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) BNI Year of the Book 2021 in Jakarta, Tuesday (15/3/2022). The RUPST approved the dividend distribution of 25 percent of the net profit of the 2021 book year or equivalent of Rp2,72 trillion, to be shared as a cash dividend to shareholders as well as approve the corporate corporate corporate corporate corporate corporate action to make a share of PT Bank Majora.
