PRODUCTION OF ALTERNATIVE FRIED OIL FROM SHADE SEEDS

The workers moved the fried oil produced from the vinegar seeds in the village of Kedungwaduk, Karangmalang, Sragen, Central Java, Wednesday (16/3/2022). The banquet of the guling pillow mattress utilizes the waste of shade seeds into an alternative fried oil that in a day is able to produce about 200 liters of steah fried oil from two thousand kilograms of shade seeds to be sent to Jakarta, Magelang, and Semarang.
