PRODUCTION OF ALTERNATIVE FRIED OIL FROM SHADE SEEDS

Workers sort the grain of the vinegar before put into the distilling machine to be fried oil in the village of Kedungwaduk, Karangmalang, Sragen, Central Java, Wednesday (16/3/2022). The banquet of the guling pillow mattress utilizes the waste of shade seeds into an alternative fried oil that in a day is able to produce about 200 liters of steah fried oil from two thousand kilograms of shade seeds to be sent to Jakarta, Magelang, and Semarang.
