SURABAYA, 16/8 - PASKIBRAKA COMPUTION. The Governor of East Java, Soekarwo (left) gave a welcome speech to the members of the Pusaka Flag Library (Paskibraka) Province Jatim Year 2011 in the ceremony of engravement in Grahadi State Building, Surabaya, Tuesday (16/8).
