Husin Sitorus is free from death penalty after undergoing a six-year sentence of ten months on August 25, 2011 and then by the judicial Assembly of the Rayuan Court (Mahkamah Agung) Malaysia, because it is accused to be involved in the ten-weekly disassembly of 143,9 kilograms found on his ship while controlling the ship goods in the waters of the South Klang, Malaysia.
