MEDAN, 31/8 - RESPONSIBLE DULI. A number of citizens blamed the Sultan of Deli, Tengku Hamdy Osman Deli Khan Al-Haj, Tengku Raja Muda Deli degree (left) on the procession "Upholding Duli" at Maimun Palace, Medan, Sumut, Wednesday (31/8).
