BATAM, 4/9 - BATAM ELECTRICAL POLICY. A number of workers completed the construction of Tanjung Kasam PLTU in Kabil, Batam, Kepri, Saturday (3/9). The 2x55 MW capacity is planned to be completed in 2012 to meet the needs of Batam electricity which is estimated to reach 310 MW in 2012 with an average of 13 percent customer growth.
