EARLY RAINY SEASON

LAMONGAN, 7/9 - AWAL MUSIM HUJAN. A citizen struck rice using a tractor before planting rice in the village of Kadung Rembuk, Sukodadi, Lamongan, East Java, Wednesday (7/9). Based on the data of the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency (BMG), the early prospect of the Rainy Season 2011/2012 from 220 Zones of the Season (ZOM), as many as 36 ZOM (16.4%) was estimated to enter around the basis of the I-III September 2011, covering 12 ZOM in Sumatra, 18 ZOM in Java, 2 ZOM in Kalimantan, and 4 ZOM in Sulawesi.
