Political observers from the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), Ikrar Nusa Bhakti (top) accompanied by the academicians of Rhenald Kasali (h) expressed his opinion during discussion held by the Net Legislator Advocacy Team in Jakarta, Wednesday (14/9). The discussion highlights the testing of Law Number 27 of 2009 on the Assembly of the People's Association, the People's Representative Council, and the Regional Representative Council or MD3 against the 1945 Constitution which has been submitted to the MK especially Article 24 paragraph 1 Law 27 of 2009 concerning the composition of honorary bodies and 208 paragraph 2 concerning the position of the DPR member.
