BANDA ACEH, 23/9 - SIR 2011. International tour boat competition participants "Sabang International Regatta (SIR) 2011" welcomed by sirater at Port Ulee Lheu, Banda Aceh, Friday (23/9). In addition to participating in tour boat competitions, dozens of competitions from Australia, the United States, England, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Indonesia and Thailand also visited the tsunami and historical attractions in Banda Aceh City.
