CONSTRUCTION OF SMELTER PT NIS

Vice President Ma’aruf Amin (mid) mapped the first stone of smelter development belonging to PT Nusantara Industri Sejati (NIS) in Motui District, North Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi, Thursday (19/5/2022). PT NIS will build smelter with Rotary Kiln-Electris Furnice (RKEF) technology with a capacity of 500 thousand tons of feronicel per year, with a nickel content of 10 to 12 percent with an area area in the first stage of approximately 375 hectares.
