Head of Marine Force Staff (KASAL) Laksamana TNI Yudo Margono struck three strategic positions among others, Laksamana Young TNI Abdul Rasyid K as Pangkoarmada RI replaced Laksamana Madya TNI Agung Prasetiawan, while the title of Pangkoarmada II from Laksamana Young TNI Iwan Isnurwanto was replaced by the Laksamana Young TNI T.S.N.B Hutabarat and the title of the STTAL Komandan from Laksamana First TNI Avando Bastari replaced by the Sea Colonel (E) Mukhlis.
