Shinichi Fukushima succeeded as the winner of the 10th etape after completion of the distance of 102,6 km with 2 hours 8 minutes 11 seconds and the Dutch driver Eric Sheppard from Plan B Cycling Team managed to become the winner of Speedy tour D'Indonesia 2011 with total collecting the fastest time, 34 hours 23 minutes 21 seconds.
