KUTA, 14/10 - KUTA KARNIVAL. Some of Bali’s tourists and surfers bring surfing to the sea centre in “Paddle for Peace” that is the Kuta Karnival IX series on Kuta Beach, Bali, Friday (14/10). The annual festival of a series with Bali’s tragedy warning involves 2,500 participants by displaying a variety of cultural attractions and arts to increase tourist visits to the region.
