INSTALL GPS COLLAR ELEPHANT SUMATERA IN JAMBI

BKSDA Jambi Zulmanudin’s veterinarian examined a Sumatran elephant (Elephas maximus sumatranus) that has been used when the installation of GPS collar (GPS war) in the concession elephant corridor of PT Restoration Ekosystem Indonesia (REKI), Pauh, Sarolangun, Jambi, Wednesday (29/6/2022). PT REKI with BKSDA Jambi targeted the installation of three GPS collars in this year for three Sumatran elephant individuals from eight Sumatran elephant individuals in local concessions as a conflict mitigation effort and facilitate the monitoring of breeding.
