STUDENT PONTIANAK GUGAT RKUHP

A number of students showed the feeling of suspending the SHP Design at the DPRD of West Kalimantan Province in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, Wednesday (6/7/2022). They demand the Government and the DPR open the draft of the Civil Design of the Law of the Pidana Law (RKUHP) because it is assessed to contain a number of publicly detrimental issues, as well as resolved agrarian conflicts in the form of land and criminalization of farmers.
