HEARING PROCEEDINGS OF EASTERN CIRCA

The former Director General of Bina Finance Regional Ministry of State Mochamad Ardian Noervianto (mid) impose witness in the trial of the case in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (7/7/2022). In the hearing, the general prosecutor (JPU) the Corruption Decision Commission (KPK) presents six witnesses that were previously Mochamad Ardian Noervianto charged Rp1.5 billion and Head of the Environment Office of Muna La Ode M Syukur Akbar Regency who had Rp175 million from the Non-active East Kolaka Regent of Andi Merya and LM Rusdianto Emba related to the approval of the National Economic Recovery loan (PEN) for the Eastern Kolaka district of 2021.
