JAKARTA, 23/10 - NEW CAP DIRECTOR. Presdir PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (CAP) Erwin Ciputra (center) talked with new CAP direction (from ki-ka): Director Baritono Pangestu, Director Terry Lim Chong Thian, Deputy Presdir Paramate Nisagornsen and Director Muntalip Santoso, the company's RUPSLB, in Jakarta, Monday (24/10). RUPSLB CAP approved a new board of directors and commissioners, which apply effective January 1, 2012, as well as guaranteeing an individual asset about 850 million US dollars to get loans from financial institutions to 250 million US dollars for corporate capital shopping.
