Catched, Slamet, Mojokerto Jatim residents buy fake pepper made from wheat flour dough, pepper flour and soy sauce to its makers at Mojokerto for Rp 15 thousand/kg and sell to market traders in Madiun Rp 25 thousand/kg, much cheaper than original pepper around Rp 100 thousand/kg.
