PLANTING MANGROVE IN SORONG

Panglima Komando Armada III, Laksamana Muda TNI Irvansyah (center) and Komandan Utama TNI Army (Danlantamal) XIV Sorong Laksamana First TNI Imam Musani (second right) held a white mangrove seedling (Avicennia marina) before planting in critical lands of Salt Tampa Village, Sorong City, West Papua, Tuesday (26/7/2022). TNI AL combined Armada III, Marine and Lantamal XIV planted 3,000 Mangrove seedlings in Sorong area, one of the point of mangrove planting location in the city of 77 locations across Indonesia in commemorating the World’s Mangrove Day.
