HEARING CASE CLAIM TAX CHECK

The tax consultant of PT Gunung Madu Plantations (GMP) Aulia Imran Maghribi (mid) combined with the relatives of the inju undergoing a trial of the claims of the case of a tax examination in 2016 and 2017 at the Directorate General of the Financial Ministry Tax in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Tuesday (26/7/2022). JPU KPK demanded Aulia Imran Maghribi with penalties of three years of prison and fineness of Rp200 million subsider six months of the rate, while Ryan Ahmad Ronas was required four years of sentence prison with a fine of Rp200 million subsider six months of the rate.
