THE CENTER OF TEBO ELEPHANT CONSERVATION INFORMATION

The Governor of Jambi Al Haris (right) received a flower shade from Sumatra elephant (Elephas maximus sumatranus) jinak that was grilled by mahout (pawang) when the inauguration of the Information Center for Gajah Conservation (PIKG) Tebo at Muara Sekalo, Sumay, Jambi, Saturday (6/8/2022). The PIKG is located in the Essential Ecosystem Area (KEE) on the Bukit Tigapuluh Nature, currently has five benign Sumatra elephants that are borne from Lampung and South Sumatra for the prevention of conflicts and educated mediums in the region.
