The President Director of BNI Royke Tumilaar submitted a description in the press conference of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Year 2022 PT Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) (Persero) Tbk in Jakarta, Wednesday (31/8/2022). The meeting discussed two agendas namely corporate performance in the semester I 2022 managed to penetrate the total assets worth Rp946,49 trillion or rising 8,2 percent annually (YoY) and approved termination with respect of Ratih Nurdiati of the BNI Commissioner and approved the appointment of Fadlansyah Lubis as the BNI Commissioner and approved the appointment of Mucharom as Director of Human Capital & Compliance BNI, approved the appointment of Toto Prasetio as Director of IT & Operations BNI, and approved the appointment of Putrama Wahju Setyawan as Director of Treasy BNI
