A fisherman of the Philippines Rayhon Guillen visited the press release at Immigration Office in Gorontalo City, Gorontalo, Thursday (1/9/2022). Rayhon was found by the Polair team when it was in his boat to the Indonesian waters in the Northern Gorontalo district and after undergoing a check circuit will be moved to Manado’s lmigrasi Detention House, North Sulawesi.
