FISH FESTIVAL ON GORONTALO

A server prepares a tuna sashimi menu for visitors on the Tuna Fish Festival in the Ippot Court, Bone Ballngo Regency, Gorontalo, Friday (2/9/2022). The activities initiated by the Vice Chairman of the DPR RI Rachmat Gobel and supported by the Bank Indonesia was held to recognize the shoots as one of the Gorontalo’s flagship fisheries that can be processed into a variety of mass menus such as sate shoots, woku shoots, sashimi, tuna salads and other menus.
