BNBR and other related Bakrie companies, Long Haul Holdings, all called Bakrie Group, established strategic partnerships with PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal Tbk through Buy Sales Agreement, which will effectively both have stocks on Bumi plc, mining companies listed in London Stock Exchange and have investments on PT Bumi Resources Tbk, PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk and PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk.
