President Joko Widodo inaugurated the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road along 2,2 Km which is part of Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 2 as well as Toll Serpong-Balaraja Street 1 along 5,1 Km which is the beginning of the construction of JORR 3.
