MALAKA, 15/11- MELAYU CONFERENCE. The Governor of Pripri Ismeth Abdullah (right) combined with the Prime Minister of Malaysia Abdullah Badawi (left) and Chairman of the Minister/ The Governor of Malaka (center) Muhammad Ali Rastam in the inauguration of the Islamic World Malay Conference in Malaka, Malaysia, Thursday (15/11). The Governor of Kepri Ismeth Abdullah also received the award of the Silver DMDI Silver Tun Anugerah from the Malaysian PM at the conference followed by countries that have a culture of melayu namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, China, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Philippines, Australia, South Africa and Madagascar.
