SIDANG TUNTUTAN KASUS PEN
The Head of Humanitarian and Human Resources Development Muna, Sukarman Loke is preparing to follow the trial of the case of a corruption of the National Economic Recovery Fund (PEN) in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Wednesday (26/10/2022). JPU KPK demanded the former Regent of East Kolaka Andi Merya Nur with a four-year criminal punishment and the fineness of Rp 200 million subsider five months of the rate and the former Head of the Humanitarian Agency and the Development of the Muna SDM, Sukarman Loke was edited six years of prison and fineness of Rp200 million subsider five months of the rate as well as entrepreneurs of Muna Regency, L M Rusdianto Emba with three-year sentences six months prison and fines of Rp200 subsider five months due to believed they were involved in the case of sucession of fund approval for the Eastern Kolaka government of 2021.
