President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (right) welcomed the arrival of the Prime Minister of the People's Republic of China Wen Jiabao at the 19th ASEAN Summit in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Centre (BNDCC), Nusa Dua, Bali, Thursday (17/11).
