PALU, 17/11 - PROTES. The population of Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi came to the Central Sulawesi KPUD Office, in Palu, Saturday (17/11). They demand for the Morowali District KPUD was frozen because it was assessed to violate Law No.32/2004 by allowing the voters to not be registered to block on the Morowali Pilkada which was held 5 November 2007.
