The case of the SIrita Batam Sofyan Usman (left) is preparing for a hearing with the agenda of witness examination, in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (24/11). The former member of the Budget Agency was allegedly assisted in Batam’s autonomy received an additional budget of Rp 10 billion to Rp 85 billion at APBN-P 2004, and threatened five years’ prison.
