CORRUPTION HEARING

MAGETAN, 20/11 - KORUPSI. Magetan Saleh Muljono (right) reads his defender in the presence of the Judge Assembly in the State Court (PN) Magetan, East Java, Tuesday (20/11). Saleh Muljono is dragged to the court over the case of the corruption of Rp 7.5 billion in the construction of GOR Ki Mageti and the DPRD Magetan building on APBD 2003 - 2004. In the previous hearing, Tuesday (13/11) Saleh Muljono was demanded by the Public Opportunities with 8-year sentences of prison and fineness of Rp 250 million subsider 6 months of prison as well as must pay compensation for the state of Rp 7.5 billion or additional 2 years penalty.
