PONOROGO, 22/11 - CULTURE CLAIM. Regent of Ponorogo Muhadi Suyono shows the picture of "Barongan" dance, very similar to Ponorogo's traditional art performance "Reog", claimed by Malaysia during a press conference in Ponorogo, East Java province, November 22, 2007. Malaysia's Art and Culture Ministry claims via their official website that Barongan dance -- or in Indonesia is known as Reog Ponorogo -- as their cultural heritage.
