Timothy Joseph Hutagaol (6 thn), in Batam Autorita Building, Batam Centre, Friday (23/11) held a 1st Runner up tropi for Level 3 in Sempoa SIP Academy International Friendship Mental Arithmatic Competition representing Riau Islands Province (Kepri) present in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Timoty managed to channel opponents in terms of time and ingeniity that followed by 6 Asian Countries between Other, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Srilangka and Tahiland.
