The warning board is installed around Sileri’s crater at the highland Dieng Village Kepakisan, Batur, Banjarnegara, Central Java, Wednesday (18/1/2023). The Center of Vulcanology and Mitigasi Disaster Geology (PVMBG) raises the status of the Dieng volcano from level 1 (normal) to level 2 (responsive) since (14/1/2023) proposed an increase in volcanic activity characterized by local tektonic earthquake events.
