A mother and a child is preparing to follow a complete Balinese graduation in the village of Dulomo, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo, Monday (20/2/2023). Wisuda toddler is the Gorontalo District Government program to increase the number of uniqueness of infants as an effort for prevention of tengkes (stunting) and become one of the terms to enter Early Child Education (PAUD).
