REGIONAL GOVERNMENT LAW TEST

JAKARTA, 22/12 - TEST ENERAH SUBSCRIBE. Chairman of the Constitutional Court Mahfud MD led a hearing with the test agenda of Law No.12 Year 2008 at the MK Building, Jakarta, Thursday (22/12). The law contains the rules on the necessity of the permit from the President to the process of investigation and broadcasting of the Police or Obstacles against the head of the region, particularly related to the Criminal Criminal Act.
