Former Vice Chairman of KPK Chandra M Hamzah witnessed in the hearing with the test agenda of Law No.12 Year 2008 in the MK Building, Jakarta, Thursday (22/12). The law contains the rules on the necessity of the permit from the President to the process of investigation and broadcasting of the Police or Obstacles against the head of the region, particularly related to the Criminal Criminal Act.
