The Minister of Education and Culture of Muhammad Nuh (three right) accompanied by Deputy Minister of Empowerment of the State of Eko Prasojo (three left) gave motivation to SD students to students before inaugurating the Maritime University of Raja Ali Haji (UMRAH) as a domestic university in Tanjungpinang, Kepri, Monday (26/12).
