RESPONSIBILITY OF BISCUIT AND MINUMAN

Research Center Research Research Technology and Food Process Research and National Innovation (BRIN) conducts the process of extraction of kelor leaves (Moringa Oliefera) to be used as biscuits and beverages to increase the sedentities of nutritional substances (Bio Availability) in PUSPIPTEK Serpong, South Tangerang, Banten, Friday (17/3/2023). This study aimed at the utilization of kelor leaves as a nutritional source for children and pregnant mothers, it is in accordance with the efficacy of the Ministry of Health that continues to encourage the research and utilization of kelor leaves.
