WoPhO 2011 was first held from 28 December 2011 to 2 January 2012 it was followed by 142 participants from 15 countries, namely Turkey, China, Kazakstan, Slovakia, Estonia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Hungary, Russia,Bulgaria, Belarus, Germany, Brazil, and Poland, as well as Indonesia.
