PALU, 3/1 Ð KORUPSI RECOVERY POSO. The case of the alleged corruption of the post- conflict recovery budget fund (recovery) of Poso Regency, Budiyanto Theodora followed the road of trials with the agenda of the general prosecution activation (JPU) at the Palu Tipokor Court, Central Sulawesi, Tuesday (3/1). In JPU’s activation, Budiyanto Theodora was charged with corruption in conjunction with Ð equal to two other charged on post- conflict recovery budget fund (recovery) Poso in the 2006 budget Rp 58 billion special items of new rice printing procurement work and cocoa seedling procurement that harms the country of Rp 1.1 billion.
