Former Member of the DPR RI Faction of the Development Unity Party (PPP) Soyan Usman discussed with his legal power during the reading session of the vonis by the judge in the Tipikor Court, Jakarta, Thursday (5/1). He was a 2 months of prison and was driven by Rp50 million with a three-month subsider, as it proved to receive Mandiri Tranvel Chelersque (MTC) related to the approval of APBN budget for Batam Otorita in 2004-2005.
