PALEMBANG, 10/1 - MANDIRI PNPM. Deputy Mayor of Palembang, Romi Herton (2left) handed symbolically the National Program of Urban Mandiri Community Empowerment (PNPM Mandiri) to representatives of the city of Palembang, South Sumatra, Tuesday (10/1).
