SURABAYA, 11/1 - IMIGRAN GELAP TYPE. A number of local Regional Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) officers moved the congratulations containing dark immigrants identified under the name of Khudabakhsh Ali Hasan (40) from Afghanistan in the RS Bhayangkara Samsoeri Mertojoso Polda Jatim, Surabaya, Wednesday (11/1).
